We live in New York, arguably the greatest city in the world for culture. It is literally all around us, yet sometimes it can be shockingly hard to find. So we came up with a way to make it easier to discover local music that you love.

Welcome to Unplugged: Blanketfest. The new old fashioned way to listen local. 

Blanketfest is an afternoon of beloved local New York musicians playing outside for all to enjoy. Free music. All local. All acoustic. 

But there’s more… Our stage is surrounded by blanket stalls full of other local New York musicians. They will all have ways for you to listen to their music. They will have mailing lists you can get on to go to their gigs. They will have ways to pay them money for their music, or otherwise support their work. It’s like if Comic Con and Woodstock had a baby. 

No price for entry. No obligations. Just an invitation to come and listen, and maybe discover a new musical obsession.
